Miso, Sesame & Green Onion Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp white miso paste

  • 1/4 cup grape seed oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 4 tsp raw honey

  • 4 tsp peeled and grated ginger

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

PREPARATION:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together miso paste and 2 tbsp boiling water until smooth.

  2. Whisk in grape seed oil, lime juice, honey, ginger and sesame oil until combined.

  3. Whisk in green onions and sesame seeds.
